New Delhi, the 19th August, 2019
G.S.R. 576(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction
of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971 (Act No. 40 of 1971), the Central Government hereby notifies the
designation of the officer mentioned in the column (3) of the Table in S.O. No. 3017(E), being officer of the
Deendayal Port Trust, to be Estate Officer for the purpose of the said Act, and the said officer shall exercise
the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on the ‘Estate Officer’ by or under the said Act, within
the local limits of their respective jurisdiction in respect of the Public Premises specified in the corresponding
entry in column (2) of the afore-said Table:
