section 3 read with clause (g) of section 2 and section 15 of the special marriage act, 1954 (43 of
1954) the government of the national capital territory of delhi is pleased to order the appointment of
the following officers of the office of divisional commissioner, delhi, government of nct of delhi, as
marriage officers to solemnize and register marriages under the said act, in the national capital
territory of delhi. these officers will be in addition to the officers already notified vide notification
