(जिदेिी पोर्डफोजलयो जििेिक) की िन्म-जतजथ / उसके गिि (इिकारपोरेिि) की तारीख / करार (एग्रीमेंर्) की तारीख / भागीदारी संबंधी दस्ट्तािेि (पार्डिरजिप डीड) या रस्ट्र् संबंधी दस्ट्तािेि (रस्ट्र् डीड) की तारीख / उसके बॉडी ऑफ इंजडजिि अल्स या असोजसएिि ऑफ पसडन्स के तौर पर गिि की तारीख ../../…. ह ै।” IV. दसू री अि सूची म,ें भाग-क म,ें i. खंड (1) म,ें क. िब्दों तथा अंकों “क्रमिः 2500 अमरीकी डॉलर और 250 अमरीकी डॉलर की या उतिी रजिस्ट्रीकरण फीस” के स्ट्थाि पर िब्द, जचह्ि तथा अंक “रजिस्ट्रीकरण फीस के तौर पर, दकसी भी देि की ऐसी म द्रा में िो स्ट्िीकायड हो क्रमिः रु.2,30,000 और रु.23,000 के बराबर की रकम या कोई दसू री रकम” आ िाएंगे; और ख. िब्दों “अजभजहत जिक्षेपागार सहभागी के पास फॉमड प्रस्ट्तत करते समय” के स्ट्थाि पर िब्द तथा जचह्ि “रजिस्ट्रीकरण प्रमाणपत्र प्रदाि दकए िािे से पहल,े डेजसग्नेर्ेड जडपॉजिर्री पार्र्डजसपेंर् (अजभजहत जिक्षपे ागार सहभागी) के पास” आ िाएगं े । ii. खंड (4) म,ें पहल े परंत क म,ें क. अंक तथा िब्दों “प्रजतददि 50 अमरीकी डॉलर” के स्ट्थाि पर िब्द, जचह्ि तथा अंक “दकसी भी देि की ऐसी म द्रा म ेंिो स्ट्िीकायड हो प्रजतददि रु.4,500 के बराबर की रकम” आ िाएगं े; और ख. अंक तथा िब्दों “प्रजतददि 5 अमरीकी डॉलर” के स्ट्थाि पर िब्द, जचह्ि तथा अंक “दकसी भी देि की ऐसी म द्रा म ेंिो स्ट्िीकायड हो प्रजतददि रु.500 के बराबर की रकम” आ िाएंगे। iii. खंड (5) के स्ट्थाि पर जिम्नजलजखत खंड आ िाएगा, अथाडत,् - “(5) प्रत्येक डेजसग्नेर्ेड जडपॉजिर्री पार्र्डजसपेंर् (अजभजहत जिक्षेपागार सहभागी) जिदेिी पोर्डफोजलयो जििेिकों से ली गई फीस भारतीय रुपय े म ें बोड ड के पास उसी प्रकार िमा कराएगा, िैसा िीच े बताया गया ह:ै (क) पहली बार जलए िाि े िाल े रजिस्ट्रेिि के मामल े म,ें जिदेिी पोर्डफोजलयो जििेिक को रजिस्ट्रीकरण प्रमाणपत्र प्रदाि दकए िािे की तारीख से पाचाँ कायड-ददिसों के भीतर फीस िमा करत े समय उस फॉमेर् में ब्यौरे भी प्रस्ट्त त कर ददए िाएाँ, िो समय-समय पर जिधाडठरत दकया िाए; (ख) रजिस्ट्रेिि जमलिे के बाद अगल े ब्लॉकों हते अदा की िाि े िाली फीस के मामल े म ें या फीस अदा करि े म ें हुई देरी हते अदा की िाि े िाली फीस के मामल े में, डेजसग्नेर्ेड जडपॉजिर्री[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 पार्र्डजसपेंर् को जिस तारीख को िह फीस प्राप्त हो उस तारीख से पााँच कायड-ददिसों के भीतर फीस िमा करते समय उस फॉमेर् में ब्यौरे भी प्रस्ट्त त कर ददए िाएाँ, िो समय-समय पर जिधाडठरत दकया िाए ।” V. दसू री अि सूची म,ें भाग-ग म,ें खंड (1) म,ें िब्दों, जचह्िों तथा अंक “जिगडजमत (िारी / इश्यू) की गई अपतर्ीय व्य त्पन्नी जलखत (ऑफिोर डेठरिेठर्ि इंस्ट्ूमेंर्) के प्रत्येक अजभदाता (सब्स्ट्क्राइबर) स,े 800 अमरीकी डॉलर या उतिी जिजियामक फीस, िो बोडड द्वारा समय-समय पर जिधाडठरत की िाए, एकत्र करेगा और उसे बोडड के िाजमत बैंक खाते (डेजिग्नेठर्ड बकैं अकाउंर्) म ेंइलेक्ट्रॉजिक अतं रण (रांसफर) के माध्यम से” के स्ट्थाि पर िब्द, जचह्ि तथा अंक “इश्यू (िारी / जिगडजमत) दकए गए ऑफिोर डठे रिेठर्ि इंस्ट्ूमेंर् (अपतर्ीय व्य त्पन्नी जलखत) म ें पैसा लगािे िाल ेप्रत्येक व्यजि (सब्स्ट्क्राइबर / अजभदाता) स,े जिजियामक (रेग्यलू ेर्री) फीस के तौर पर, दकसी भी देि की ऐसी म द्रा में िो स्ट्िीकायड हो रु.75,000 के बराबर की रकम या कोई दसू री रकम (िो बोडड द्वारा समय-समय पर जिधाडठरत की िाए) लगे ा और उसे बोड डके सबं ंजधत बैंक खाते म ेंइलेक्ट्रॉजिक रांसफर करके” आ िाएंगे । अजमत प्रधाि, कायडपालक जिदिे क [जिज्ञापि-III/4/असा./206/2026-27] ठर्प्पणी: भारतीय प्रजतभूजत और जिजिमय बोडड (जिदेिी पोर्डफोजलयो जििेिक) जिजियम, 2019 [अजधसूचिा सं. सेबी/एल.ए.डी.-एि.आर.ओ./िी.एि./2019/36] 23 जसतम्बर, 2019 को भारत के रािपत्र म ें प्रकाजित हुए थ,े और िो अंजतम बार भारतीय प्रजतभूजत और जिजिमय बोडड (जिदेिी पोर्डफोजलयो जििेिक) (दसू रा संिोधि) जिजियम, 2025 (अजधसूचिा स.ं सेबी/एलएडी-एिआरओ/िीएि/2025/279) द्वारा संिोजधत हुए थ े। SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 3rd July, 2026 SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (FOREIGN PORTFOLIO INVESTORS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2026 No.SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2026/310.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 30(1) read with Section 11(1), Section 11(2)(ba), Section 12(1) and Section12(1A) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), and under Section 25 of the Depositories Act, 1996 (22 of 1996), the Board hereby makes the following regulations, to further amend the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Foreign Portfolio Investors) Regulations, 2019, namely, – 1. These regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Foreign Portfolio Investors) (Amendment) Regulations, 2026. 2. They shall come into force on the one hundred eightieth day from the date of publication of these regulations in the Official Gazette: Provided that sub-regulation III of regulation 3 shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] 3. In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Foreign Portfolio Investors) Regulations, 2019, – I. In regulation 3(2), the words “the fee specified in Part A of the Second Schedule and” shall be omitted; II. In regulation 43B(2), the words and symbols “US $1000” shall be substituted with the words and symbols “Rs. 90,000 in eligible foreign exchange equivalent”; III. In the First Schedule, paragraph IV and V shall be renumbered as paragraph V and VI respectively and before the paragraph V so renumbered, the following new paragraph IV shall be inserted, namely, - “IV. The date of Birth/Incorporation/Agreement/Partnership or Trust Deed/Formation of Body of Individuals or Association of Persons of the foreign portfolio investor is ../../….” IV. In the Second Schedule, in Part A, i. In clause (1), a. the words and symbols “US $2500 and US $250” shall be substituted with the words and symbols “Rs. 2,30,000 and Rs. 23,000 in eligible foreign exchange equivalent”; and b. the words “at the time of submission of the Form” shall be substituted with the words “prior to the grant of certificate of registration”. ii. In clause (4), in the first proviso, a. the words and symbols “US $50” shall be substituted with the words and symbols “Rs. 4,500 in eligible foreign exchange equivalent”; and b. the words and symbols “US $5” shall be substituted with the words and symbols “Rs. 500 in eligible foreign exchange equivalent”. iii. Clause (5) shall be substituted with the following, namely, - “(5) Every designated depository participant shall remit the fees collected from the foreign portfolio investors in INR to the Board in the following manner: (a) in the case of initial registration, within five working days from the date of grant of certificate of registration to the foreign portfolio investor, along with the details in the format, as may be specified from time to time;[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 (b) in the case of fees paid for subsequent blocks after registration or any late fees, within five working days from the date of receipt of such fees by the designated depository participant, along with the details in the format, as may be specified from time to time.” V. In the Second Schedule, in Part C, in clause (1) the words and symbols “US $800” shall be substituted with the words and symbols “Rs. 75,000 in eligible foreign exchange equivalent”.
