“परंतु यह और कक कजनष्ठ सजचिीय सहायक, कजनष्ठ लेखा सहायक, कजनष्ठ पुस्ट्तकालय सहायक या कजनष्ठ आंजीजनयर के रूप में कायडरत कमडचारी, जजसने सेिा के न्यूनतम सात िर् डपूरे कर जलए हों और जो आन जिजनयमों के ऄनुसार ऄजधकारी ग्रेड ‘ए’ हते ु ऄपेजित ऄहतड ाएँ (योग्यताएँ) रखता हो, ईस पर ऐसे ररि पदों (ररजियों) के प्रजत ऄजधकारी संिगड में ग्रेड ‘ए’ में पदांतरण (जस्ट्िच-ओिर) हते ु जिचार ककया जा सकेगा, जो दसू रे परंतुक के ऄनुसार कुल 10% ररि पदों की सीमा के भीतर होंग े और 3508 GI/2020 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC. 4] जैसा सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा सूजचत ककया जाए, बिते कक ऐसा कमडचारी सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा अयोजजत की जाने िाली या बोडड द्वारा जनयुि ककसी बाहरी एजेंसी द्वारा अयोजजत की जान े िाली जिभागीय परीिा तथा आस प्रयोजनाथड सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा अयोजजत ककए जाने िाले सािात्कार में ईत्तीणड हो जाए ।” (2) ऄनुसूची म,ें- (i) िीर्डक िाली पंजि से लेकर “कायडपालक जनदिे क” के पद से संबंजधत पंजि तक की पंजियाँ जनम्नजलजखत से प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत हो जाएंगी, ऄथाडत्, - 1. These regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees' Service) (Amendment) Regulations, 2020. 2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 3.
