F.No. 61(469)DCPCR Amend/DD(CPU)/DWCD/2012/37488-500.—In exercise of the powers conferred by
section 36 of the Commissions for protection of Child Rights Act, 2005 (4 of 2006), read with the Government of India,
Ministry of Home Affairs Notification F. No. U-11030/1/2007- UTL dated the 15th January, 2008, the State Government
of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to amend the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Right Rules,
2008 as following, namely:-
Short title and Commencement: -
1. (i) These rules may be called the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights (Amendment) Rules, 2019.
(ii) They shall come into force on and from the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette.
2. Amendment of Rule 9 – In the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights, Rules 2008 (hereinafter referred as
Principal Rules), for rule 9, the following shall be substituted, namely: -
“9- Salaries & Allowances –
“i) in case of retired Government Servants the pay will be fixed in accordance with the prevailing orders i.e. last pay
drawn minus pension.
ii) In case of non-official person, the amount will be Rs. 2,00,000/- per month consolidated without allowances for the
Chairperson and Rs. 1,00,000/- per month without allowances consolidated for each Member”.
