Delhi, the 17th May, 2018
No. F.23 (7)/DE/RTE/2011/369.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 and sub-section (1) of
section 34 read with sub clause (B) of clause (ii) of sub-section (a) of Section 2 of the Right of Children to Free and
Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (35 of 2009), the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby constitutes
the State Advisory Council as per the following composition:-
Chairperson
Hon’ble Minister of Education, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi.
Ex-Officio Members
1. Pr. Secretary (Education), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi
2. Director (Education), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi
3. Director, State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT)
4. Chairperson, Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Right (DCPCR)
5. State Project Director (Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan)
6. Additional Director of Education (Schools), Directorate of Education, Government of National Capital Territory

Advisory Council.
The terms and conditions would be notified separately.
The period of tenure of nominated members of State Advisory Council would be two years from the date of
issue of this notification.
This notification replaces the previous notifications No. 23(7)/DE/RTE/2011/442-454 dated 02.02.2016 and
No.23(7)/DE/RTE/2011/1276-1290 dated 08.05.2017.
