No. F. 6/2/2015-Judl./Suptlaw/1329-1332.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the
Family Courts Act, 1984 and all other powers enabling him in this regard, the Lt. Governor of the National
Capital Territory of Delhi, with the concurrence of High Court of Delhi, hereby appoints Ms. Asha Menon
and Mr. Dilbagh Singh Punia, officers of Delhi Higher Judicial Service as Principal Judge, Family Courts,
Delhi for South-West and Central Districts respectively, with effect from the date (s) they take over charge,
in terms of section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, with conferment of powers as such.
