NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th September, 2021
S.O. 3619(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Khadi and Village
Industries Commission Act, 1956 (61 of 1956) read with rules 3 and 4 of the Khadi and Village Industries
Commission Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as the Members
of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission, with effect from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette upto the 4th day of September, 2022 and for that purpose makes the
following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Micro, Small and
Medium Enterprises, number S.O. 3216 (E), dated the 05th September, 2019 namely:—
In the said notification, under the heading “II. Non-official Expert Members“, after serial number 2
and entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely: -
“ 3. Shri Nitin S. Doshi, 402-403, 4th Floor, Rural Development Part-time
