NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd June, 2017
S.O. 1998(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Khadi and Village Industries
Commission Act, 1956 (61 of 1956), read with rules 3 and 4 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission
Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby appoint Dr. Sheila Rai as Expert Member (Technical Education
and Training) of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission, with effect from the date of publication of
this notification in the Official Gazette and for that purpose makes the following amendment in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, number S.O.
2922 (E), dated the 26th October, 2015 namely:- In the said notification, in paragraph II relating to Non-
official Expert Member, after serial number (2) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number
and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
“(3) Dr. Sheila Rai, 6, Shivaji Nagar, Civil Lines, Part Time”
