S.O. 2686(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 (44 of
1958) read with Rule 4 of the National Shipping Board Rules, 1960 and in continuation of this Ministry’s Notification
No. S.O. 3093 (E) dated 28th November, 2014 and notification No. S.O. 353 (E) dated 4th February, 2015, the Central
Government hereby notifies the names of the following two members, as members of the National Shipping Board. The
term of the current Naitonal Shipping Board is for two years w.e.f. 1st December, 2014 to 30th November,2016 :—
(i) A representative from Bhartiya Navik Sena Union.
(ii) Shri L.S. Shukla, MD, Transocean Shipping Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
