India hereby makes the following Regulations to amend the Food Corporation of India (Staff) Regulations,
1971 namely:—
1. (i) These Regulations shall be called the Food Corporation of India (Staff) (1st Amendment)
Regulations, 2015.
(ii) These shall come into force from the date of Notification in the Official Gazette.
2. The following amendments shall be made in Appendix - I of the Food Corporation of India (Staff)
Regulations, 1971:-
(i) The posts of Asstt. Genl. Manager (Hindi), Manager (Hindi), Assistant Gr.I (Hindi) and Assistant
Gr.II (Hindi) appearing at Serial Nos. 5, 13, 18 and 30 respectively in ‘Part–X – Miscellaneous

(ii) A new cadre as 'Part XI-Official Language Cadre’ as detailed in the enclosed Annexure-I shall be
