स.ंईपी.36(1)/2020.— खाद्य जिगम अजधजियम, 1964 (1964 का 37वां) की धारा-45 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का
प्रयोग करते हुए तथा केंद्र सरकार की पूवाािुमजत से भारतीय खाद्य जिगम (कमाचारीवृन्ि) जवजियम, 1971 में संिोधि
करिे के जलए भारतीय खाद्य जिगम एतिद्वारा जिम्नजलजखत जवजियम बिाता ह,ै यथााः-
1. संजिप्त िीर्का तथा आरंभाः
(i) ये जवजियम, भारतीय खाद्य जिगम (कमाचारीवृन्ि) (तीसरा संिोधि) जवजियम, 2020 कहलाएंगे ।
(ii) ये सरकारी रािपत्र में अजधसूचिा की तारीख स ेलाग ूहोंगे।
2. पररभार्ााः इस जवजियम में िब्िों की पररभार्ा और उिका अथा तथा पिों के पििाम का अथ ा वही होगा िैसादक
खाद्य जिगम अजधजियम,1964 तथा भारतीय खाद्य जिगम (कमाचारीवृन्ि) जवजियम, 1971 में दिया गया ह।ै

NOTIFICATION

No. EP-36(1)2020-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 45 of Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of
1964) and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, the Food Corporation of India hereby makes the
following Regulations further to amend the Food Corporation of India (Staff) Regulations, 1971 namely:-
1. Short Title and Commencement:
(i) These Regulations shall be called the Food Corporation of India (Staff) (Third
Amendment) Regulations, 2020.
(ii) These shall come into force from the date of Notification in the Official Gazette.
2. Definitions: The definition and meaning of the words and designation of posts in these Regulations
shall have the same meaning as contained in the Food Corporations Act, 1964 and the Food Corporation of India
(Staff) Regulations, 1971.
3. In FCI (Staff) Regulations 1971, Regulation 54(iii)(a) may be amended as under:-
Regulation 54(iii)(a) - Reduction to a lower stage in the timescale of pay by one stage for a period not exceeding
three years, without cumulative effect and not adversely affecting his pension.
