स.ं ईपी.1(7)/2015.—खाद्य जनगम अजधजनयम, 1964 (1964 का 37वां) की धारा-45 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का
प्रयोग करत े हुए तथा केंद्र सरकार की पूवाानुमजत स े भारतीय खाद्य जनगम (कमाचारीवृन्द) जवजनयम, 1971 में और सिं ोधन
के जलए भारतीय खाद्य जनगम एतदद्वारा जनम्नजलजखत जवजनयम बनाता ह,ै यथााः-
1. संजिप्त िीर्का तथा आरंभाः
(i) ये जवजनयम, भारतीय खाद्य जनगम (कमाचारीवृन्द) (…………..वां संिोधन) जवजनयम, 2022 कहलाएंगे।
(ii) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में अजधसूचना की तारीख स ेलागू होंगे ।
2. पररभार्ा: इस जवजनयम म ें िब्दों की पररभार्ा और उनका अथ ा तथा पदों के पदनाम का अथ ा वही होगा जैसा दक
खाद्य जनगम अजधजनयम, 1964,तथा भारतीय खाद्य जनगम( कमाचारीवृंद )जवजनयम,1971 में ददया गया ह।ै

New Delhi, the 25th May, 2022
No. EP.1(7)/2015 – In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 45 of Food Corporations Act,
1964 (37 of 1964) and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, the Food Corporation of India
hereby makes the following Regulations further to amend the Food Corporation of India (Staff)
Regulations, 1971 namely:-
1. Short Title and Commencement:
(i) These Regulations shall be called the Food Corporation of India (Staff) (…………
Amendment) Regulations, 2022.
(ii) These shall come into force from the date of Notification in the Official Gazette.
2. Definitions: The definition and meaning of the words and designation of posts in this Regulation
shall have the same meaning as contained in the Food Corporations Act, 1964 and the Food Corporation of
India (Staff) Regulations, 1971.
3. The following amendments are made in Food Corporation of India (Staff) Regulations, 1971
(Appendix-I):
(a) PART- I SPECIAL POSTS
13. General Manager (Engineering)
The words appearing in Column 7 are replaced with the following:
Essential:
(1) Full Time Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent, including dual degree programs) in Civil/Elec./Mech.
Engg. Of minimum 04 years duration from AICTE / UGC recognized University or equivalent
Institution.
OR
Passed Sections A and B of the Institution Examinations of the Institution of Engineers (India) in
Civil/Elect./Mech. Engg.
AND
(2) Minimum 10 year’s experience of Civil/Elec./Mech. Engg. Works out of which:
(a) Minimum 04 years experience in IDA pay scale 80000-220000 (E5) (or higher)
OR
