Short Title and Commencement: (i) These Regulations shall be called the Food Corporation of India (Staff) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2019. (ii) These shall come into force from 07.02.2019. 2. Definitions: The definition and meaning of the words and designation of posts in these Regulations shall have the same meaning as contained in the Food Corporations Act, 1964 and the Food Corporation of India (Staff) Regulations, 1971. 3. The following amendments are made to the Food Corporations of India (Staff) Regulations, 1971 (Appendix I) :- 3.1 In the cadres indicated in Appendix- I Part I Special Posts at Sl. No. 1, 1(A), 2, 4, 5, 6, against the post of Executive Director (Finance), Executive Director (Internal Audit), Executive Director, (Zone), Executive Director, (Storage/General), Executive Director (Engineering), Executive Director (Personnel) respectively, the existing scale of pay at column 3 to be replaced by “(E-9) - 150000-300000”. 3.2 In the cadres indicated in Appendix- I Part I Special Posts at Sl.
