स.ंईपी.7(1)/2020.— खाद्य जिगम अजधजियम, 1964 (1964 का 37वां) की धारा-45 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का
प्रयोग करते हुए तथा केंद्र सरकार की पूवाािुमजत से भारतीय खाद्य जिगम (कमाचारीवृन्ि) जवजियम, 1971 में संिोधि
करिे के जलए भारतीय खाद्य जिगम एतिद्वारा जिम्नजलजखत जवजियम बिाता ह,ै यथााः-
1. संजिप्त िीर्का तथा आरंभाः
(i) ये जवजियम, भारतीय खाद्य जिगम (कमाचारीवृन्ि) (चौथा सिं ोधि) जवजियम, 2020 कहलाएंगे ।
(ii) ये सरकारी रािपत्र में अजधसूचिा की तारीख से लागू होंगे।
2. पररभार्ााः इस जवजियम में िब्िों की पररभार्ा और उिका अथा तथा पिों के पििाम का अथ ा वही होगा िैसादक
खाद्य जिगम अजधजियम,1964 तथा भारतीय खाद्य जिगम (कमाचारीवृन्ि) जवजियम, 1971 में दिया गया ह।ै

4. जवजियम 60-क (ii) - सेवाजिवृजत्त के बाि की कायवा ाही तिे ी स े तथा आरोजपत कार्मका को आरोप-पत्र (चाििा ीट)

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th, July, 2020

No. EP-7(1)2020-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 45 of Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of
1964) and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, the Food Corporation of India hereby makes the
following Regulations further to amend the Food Corporation of India (Staff) Regulations, 1971 namely:-
1. Short Title and Commencement:
(i) These Regulations shall be called the Food Corporation of India (Staff) (Forth
Amendment) Regulations, 2020.
(ii) These shall come into force from the date of Notification in the Official Gazette.
2. Definitions: The definition and meaning of the words and designation of posts in these Regulations
shall have the same meaning as contained in the Food Corporations Act, 1964 and the Food Corporation of India
(Staff) Regulations, 1971.
3. In FCI (Staff) Regulations 1971, Regulation 60-A (ii) may be amended as under:-
Regulation 64-A(ii) – Proceeding after retirement should be completed expeditiously and within 18 months from the
date of delivery of charge sheet to the charged official, subject to Court Orders, if any.
