Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased to confer upon the following persons, who have been conferred with all power of Special Metropolitan Magistrate in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 18 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), vide Notification No. 10/DHC/GAZ./SPL.MM/2017 dated the 19th May 2017 of Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of Delhi, the powers of Municipal Magistrate for the trial of offences under the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 and New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994, within the National Capital Territory of Delhi for such period till the powers of Special Metropolitan Magistrate conferred upon them by the High Court of Delhi, exist, namely;— 1.
