New Delhi, the 2nd March, 2020
G.S.R. 175(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Indian Ports Act, 1908, and in
supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Surface Transport No. G.S.R. 468(E) dated
7th May, 1990, No. G.S.R. 469 (E) dated 7th May, 1990, and GSR No. 617(E) dated 24/08/2001, except as respect to
things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby declares that the extent of
landward limits of the Port Blair Port in the Union Territory of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands specified in column (2)
of the Table annexed hereto with their positions indicated in the corresponding entry in column (3) in the below
mentioned Table shall, for the purposes of the said Act, be as specified against each port in column (4) in the below
mentioned Table. Port limits for all other Ports in A&N Islands remains unchanged:—
