No. PNGRB/COM/2-NGPL Tariff(2)/2012(P-910):—In exercise of the powers conferred by
Section 61 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), the Petroleum
and Natural Gas Regulatory Board hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Petroleum and
Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Imbalance Management Services) Regulation, 2016 namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.
(1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Imbalance
Management Services) Second Amendment Regulations, 2020.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Imbalance Management Services)
Regulations, 2016, sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 1, the date “31st October, 2020” shall be
substituted by “30th November, 2020”.
