Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the recruitment regulations for the post of Assistant Public Health Inspector in North, South and East Delhi Municipal Corporations, 2014 notified vide No. F.4(1)/RR/LB/2013/3870-75 dated Delhi, the 14th August 2014, namely: — 1. Short title and commencement.–(1) These regulations may be called Recruitment Regulations for the post of Assistant Public Health Inspector in North, South and East Delhi Municipal Corporations (Amendment), 2017. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette. 2. In the Recruitment Regulations for the post of Assistant Public Health Inspector in North, South and East Delhi Municipal Corporations, 2014, in rule 2 for the words “Pay Band and Grade pay/scale of Pay”, the words “Level in Pay Matrix” shall be substituted. 3. (a) In the Schedule annexed to the said Regulations, in column 4 for column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following columns heading and entries shall be substituted, namely :- Level in Pay Matrix 4 Level 4 (Rs 25500-81100). (b) In column 11, for the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted namely:- “Promotion from the grade in Level-1 of Pay Matrix (Rs.18000-56900) with eleven years of regular service in Public Health Cadre having, Sanitary Inspector Diploma from recognized Institute”.
