clause (a) read with clause (d) of section 2 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (35
of 2009), the Lieutenant Governor, National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to notify inclusion of the words “all
children living with or affected by HIV” within the meaning of “child belonging to disadvantaged group” as defined
in clause (d) of section 2 of the said Act applicable to all schools situated within the National Capital Territory of
Delhi.
