S.O. 5769(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (v) of clause (e) of section 3 of the Right to
Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013), the
Central Government hereby notifies that the Ministry of Defence shall, subject to the control of the President and until
further orders, exercise the powers and discharge the functions of the “appropriate Government” under the said act and
the rules made there under, for acquisition of 108.08 acres land at Tuting and nearby areas of District Upper Siang,
Arunachal Pradesh as per details below:
