S.O. 824(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) of section 3 of the
Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 ( 59 of 1973), the Central Government hereby makes the following further
amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Health and Family Planning
(Department of Health) number S.O. 482 (E), dated the 6th August, 1974, namely:-—
2. In the said notification, in the Table, under the heading “Elected under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3
from the Universities”, after serial number 9 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted namely.
