S.O. 2628(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) of section 3 of the
Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government hereby makes the following further
amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Health and Family Planning
(Department of Health) number S.O. 482 (E), dated the 6th August, 1974, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, under the heading, “Nominated under clause (c) of sub-section (1) of
section 3”, after serial number 14 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be
