In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 1 and sub-section 2 of section 3 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 59 of 1973, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India

further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Health and Family
Planning (Department of Health) number S.O. 482 (E), dated the 6th August, 1974, namely:—
In the said notification, in the Table, for the heading, “Elected under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3
from the Universities”, and the entries relating thereto, the following heading and entries shall be substituted,
