2009 को अगे सिं ोजधत करने हते ु जनम्नजलजखत जवजनयम बनाता ह,ै नामतः –

1. (1) आन जवजनयमों को नव मंगलूर पत्तन न्यास कममचारी (भती, वररष्ठता व पदोन्नजत) संिोधन जवजनयम, 2020
कहा िाएगा।
(2) ये जवजनयम केंद्र सरकार के ऄनुमोदन से भारत के रािपत्र में प्रकािन की जतजथ स ेप्रभावी हो िाएंगे।
2. नव मंगलूर पत् तन न् यास कममचारी (भती, वररष्ि ता रर पदोन् नजत) जवजनयम, 2009 में ‘‘सामान् य प्रिासन
जवभाग के तहत जवजध प्रभाग के श्रेणी-I पदों हते ु भती जनयम’’ िीर्मक के ऄंतगमत ऄनुसूची में जवजध ऄजधकारी के पद स े
संबंजधत क्रम स.ं -1 के सामने कॉलम 12 में प्रजवजियों के जलए जनम्न जलजखत प्रजवजियां प्रजतस्ट्थ ाजपत की िाएंगी नामत:-

New Delhi, the 26th August, 2020
G.S.R. 529(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 124, read with sub-
section (1) of section 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby approves
the New Mangalore Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2020
made by the Board of Trustees of the New Mangalore Port Trust in exercise of the powers under section 28 and
published by it as required under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 132 of the said Act as set out in the Schedule
annexed to this notification.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : ऄसाधारण 3
2. The said regulations as approved shall come into force on the date of publication of this notification in the
Official Gazette.
SCHEDULE
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Board
of Trustees of the New Mangalore Port Trust hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the New
Mangalore Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2009, namely:-
1. (1) These regulations may be called the New Mangalore Port Trust Employees (Recruitment Seniority
and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2020.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of publication of the approval thereto by the Central
Government in the Official Gazette.
2. In the New Mangalore Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2009, in
the Schedule under the heading “RECRUITMENT RULES FOR CLASS-I POSTS OF LEGAL DIVISION UNDER
THE GENERAL ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT”, against serial number 1 relating to the post of Law Officer
in column 12, for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
“Promotion from Legal Assistant in the scale of pay of Rs. 36500-88700/- (pre-revised Rs. 6170-11975/-) in
the discipline of Legal Division with 5 years regular service in the grade and have passed the qualifying departmental
examination as prescribed by the Chairman.”
