SCHEDULE In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Board of Trustees of Cochin Port Trust hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Cochin Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2010, namely:- 1. (1) These regulations may be called the Cochin Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2019. (2) They shall come into force on the date of publication of the approval thereto by the Central Government in the official gazette. 2. In the Cochin Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2010, in the Schedule, under the heading “GL. ADMN-MAIN. ESTT” against serial number 6 relating to the post of P.S. to Chairman, in column 9, for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:- “ (a) No (b) Yes (c) No” [F. The said regulations shall come into force on the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
