National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints Sh. Murugan P., Gr.-III(DASS) as Legal Metrology Officer
for the purpose of the said Act, for the National Capital Territory of Delhi, so long as he hold the post of
Inspector/Sub-Inspector/Legal Metrology Officer in the Weights and Measures Department or till further order,
whichever is earlier.
