No. 7(63)/MWM/2000/PTFile/6696-6705.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
14 read with clause (q) of section 2 of the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 (1 of 2010), and in supersession of the earlier
notification dated 24th November, 2015 in this regard, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such
supersession, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to accord to appoint Shri Shalesh
Kumar, Asstt. Controller (Weights and Measures) to be the Asstt. Controller of Legal Metrology for the purpose of the
said Act, for the National Capital Territory of Delhi with retrospective effect from 24th November, 2015.
