In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18 of the Coal Mines (Special Provisions) Second Ordinance, 2014 (7 of 2014), the Central Government hereby appoints following persons as designated custodian to manage and operate Gare Palma IV/1, Ardhagram
