of section 20 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India,
Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No. U-11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20th March, 1974, the Hon’ble
Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint the following Officers of the High
Court of Delhi to be the Executive Magistrates in Metropolitan Area of Delhi, till they hold the present post
or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
