No. 434/DL-LA/2020 (1).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the
Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby makes the
following amendments in its Notification No. 434/DL-LA/2008 (1), dated 18th June, 2008, as amended from
time to time, relating to the appointment of Assistant Returning Officers to assist the Returning Officer of the
Assembly Constituency of NCT of Delhi, namely:
2. In column (2) of the table appended to the said notification, after existing entries in Column (1) in respect of
34-Matiala and 35-Najafgarh Assembly Constituencies, the following corresponding entries shall respectively
be added:
