ORDER
New Delhi, the 16th August, 2021
S.O. 3318(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the
Extradition Act, 1962 (34 of 1962), the Central Government hereby directs that the provisions of the
Extradition Act, 1962, other than Chapter III, shall apply to New Zealand with effect from the date of
publication of this notification.
