These regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Foreign Portfolio Investors) (Se- cond Amendment) Regulations, 2018. 2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.¹Hkkx IIIµ[k.M 4º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3 3. In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Foreign Portfolio Investors) Regulations, 2014, in regulation 32, in sub-regulation (2), in clause (d), the words “equity shares” shall be substituted by the words “the securities”.
