conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 read with clause 59 of Section 2 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection
of Children) Act, 2015 (2 of 2016), the State Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi appoints the
following as Social Worker Members for the below mentioned Juvenile Justice Board for exercising the powers and
discharging the duties conferred or imposed on such Board, in relation to the children in conflict with law under the
said Act for the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
