(2) ये सरकारी राजप= म 8(cid:5)काशन क(cid:28) ितिथ से लाग ूह’गे ।
2. रा(cid:10)ीय कृिष और (cid:18)ामीण िवकास ब(cid:24)क सामा0य िविनयमावली, 1982 के िविनयम 3 के वा@यांश (vii) के बाद िन9िलिखत
वा@याशं शािमल Aकए जाएंगे, नामत: :—
“(viii) इन िविनयम’ के तहत बठै को म8 िनदशे क क(cid:28) सहभािगता या तो Dि&गत Eप से अथवा वीिडयो कॉ0G8Hसंग के
माIयम से अथवा अ0य दJृ य-KD साधनो के माIयम से होगी ।
(ix) िनदशे क’ क(cid:28) वीिडयो कॉ0G8Hसगं अथवा अ0य दJृ य-KD साधनो के माIयम से सहभािगता को कोरम के
उLेJय से िहसाब म8 िलया जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 26th April, 2018
No. NB.Secy/C-4/2018-19.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 60 of
the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Act, 1981 (61 of 1981), the Board of Directors of
the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, with the previous approval of the Central
Government and in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India, hereby makes the following regulations
further to amend the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development General Regulations, 1982,
namely:–
1. (1) These regulations may be called the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development General
(Amendment) Regulations, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development General Regulations, 1982, in regulation 3,
after clause (vii), the following clauses shall be inserted, namely:-
“(viii) Participation of the directors in meetings under these regulations may be either in person or
through video conferencing or through other audio-visual means.
(ix) Any participation of the directors through video conferencing or other audio-visual means
shall be counted for the purpose of quorum.”

less than ten clear days :
Provided that if the Chairman or in his absence, the Managing Director considers it necessary so to do,
he may call a meeting of the Executive Committee at any other place in India:
Provided further that there shall be at least four meetings during a calendar year.”
