NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th November, 2016
S.O. 3549(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Coal Bearing Areas
(Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following
amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal, number S.O. 1969, dated the
30th July, 2001, published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 11th August, 2001,
namely:—
In the said notification,--
(a) in Schedule ‘A’, in serial number 1 relating to ‘’Khasra numbers acquired in village Majhauli (Part)”,-
(i) for the entry “158(Part)”, the entries “152(Part), 158(Part)” shall be substituted;
(ii) for the entries “252 to 258, 262(Part), 287(Part),” the entries “252 to 256, 257(Part), 258, 259(Part),” shall
be substituted;
(b) in Schedule ‘B’, in serial number 4 relating to ‘’Khasra numbers acquired in village Majhauli (Part)”,-
(i) for the entries “1 to 157 ”, the entries “1 to 151, 152(Part), 153 to 157” shall be substituted;
(ii) for the entries “259 to 261, 262(Part)” the entries “257 (Part), 259 (Part), 260 to 262” shall be substituted;
(iii) for the entry “287(Part)”, the entry “287”, shall be substituted.
