In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the section 7 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal,

the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal, number
S.O. 1372(E), dated the 27th May, 2013 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,
Sub-section (ii), dated the 27th May, 2013 namely:—
In the Schedule to the notification, in the entry “plot numbers to be acquired in the village – Bishrampur”,
after plot numbers “521(P) and 553”, the plot numbers “576 and 577” shall be inserted.
