New Delhi, the 5th April, 2016
S.O. 1325(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the High Court and
the Supreme Court Judges (Salaries and Conditions of Service) Amendment Act, 2016 (13 of 2016), the Central
Government hereby appoints the 5th day of April, 2016 as the date on which all the provisions except the provisions of
section 8 of the said Act shall come into force.
