NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th May, 2018
S.O. 1939(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of the
Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the Central
Council of Homoeopathy, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said
Act, namely :—
In the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973, in the Second Schedule, under the heading
“KARNATAKA”, in serial number 7G relating to “Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka”,
in columns 2, 3 and 4, after the existing entries, the following entries shall be inserted , namely:—

“Doctor of Medicine M . D . ( H om) From the 29th December, 2017 to December, 2018;
in Homoeopathy- (Med) if granted to the students who have passed out during the
Practice of Medicine said period from the following colleges, namely:—
(i) Government Homoeopathic Medical College,
Bengaluru;
(ii) H.K.E’s Dr. Maalakareddy Homoeopathic Medical
College, Kalaburagi (Gulbarga); and
(iii) Dr. B.D.Jatti Homoeopathic Medical College,
Dharwad.
Doctor of Medicine M . D . ( Hom) From the 29th December, 2017 to December 2018;
in Homoeopathy- (Paed) if granted to the students who have passed out during the
Paediatrics said period from the following colleges, namely:—
(i) Government Homoeopathic Medical College,
Bengaluru; and
(ii) H.K.E’s Dr. Maalakareddy Homoeopathic Medical
College, Kalaburagi (Gulbarga).”.
