New Delhi, the 23rd November, 2015
S.O.3154 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 13 of the Homoeopathy
Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of
Homoeopathy, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely :—
In the said Second Schedule, under the heading “GUJARAT”, against serial number 5C(a) relating to
Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan(Gujarat), for the entries under columns 2,3, and 4 relating to
M.D.(Hom.) qualifications, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:—
