S.O. 108(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Homoeopathy
Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Homoeopathy,
hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely :—
In the Second Schedule to the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973, under the heading “KERALA”, for
serial number 9A relating to University of Calicut, Kerala, and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number
and entries shall be substituted, namely:—
