New Delhi, the 10th March, 2016
S.O. 1049(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of the
Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the Central
Council of Homoeopathy, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Second Schedule to the said
Act, namely : -
In the said Second Schedule, under the heading “MADHYA PRADESH”, against serial number 10F, in
column 4, for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

2016,
if granted to the students who have passed
out and completed their internship during
this period from the following, namely:-
(i) Swami Pranavanand Homoeopathic
Medical College, Chhatarpur;
(ii) Sagar Homoeopathic Medical
College, Sagar”.
