This notification, S.O. 3512(E), issued by the Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy, announces an amendment to the Second Schedule of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973). The amendment, made after consulting the Central Council of Homoeopathy, concerns Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur. Specifically, the entry for Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur (CG) under the heading PUNJAB is omitted and a new entry is inserted under the heading CHHATISGARH after serial number 31:
31A. Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur (CG) Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (B.H.M.S.) From 2008 onwards; if granted to the students who have passed out and completed their internship during this period from C.L.Chouksey Memorial Homoeopathic Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, Bilaspur.
