New Delhi, the 13th October, 2015
S.O. 2806 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of the
Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the Central
Council of Homoeopathy, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Second Schedule to the said
Act, namely:—
In the Second Schedule, under the heading “JHARKHAND”, against serial number 36 relating to
Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribag under column 4, for the existing entries against item (i), the following
entries shall be substituted, namely:—

if granted to the students
who have passed out and
completed their internship
during this period from the
Singhbhum Homoeopathic
Medical College,
Jamshedpur.”.
