Expected Outcomes / Impact of Changes:** The expected outcome of these specific changes is greater clarity and consistency in the recognition of homoeopathic qualifications from the specified colleges within Vinoba Bhave University. This may lead to the ineligibility of graduates outside the specified periods, increased administrative efficiency and transparency. **9. Conclusion:** The amendment to the Second Schedule of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973, via Notification S.O. 2011E, provides specific timeframes for the recognition of homoeopathic qualifications obtained from the Government Homoeopathic Medical College Hospital, Godda, and the Devki Mahavir Homoeopathic Medical College, under Vinoba Bhave University.
