NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd May, 2021
S.O. 2011(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Homoeopathy
Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of
Homoeopathy, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely : -
2. In the said Second Schedule, under the heading “JHARKHNAD”, against serial number 36 relating to Vinoba
Bhave University, Hazaribag, in column 4, for item (iii) and (v) and entries relating thereto, the following shall
respectively be substituted, namely :-
