New Delhi, the 7th December, 2020
S.O. 4472 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of the
Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the
Central Council of Homoeopathy, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule
to the said Act, namely :—
In the said Second Schedule, under the heading “RAJASTHAN”, against serial number 13DDC
relating to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur, after the entries in
columns 2, 3 and 4, the following entries shall be inserted, namely:—
