New Delhi, the 2nd November, 2020
S.O. 3953(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Homoeopathy
Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of
Homoeopathy, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely : -
In the said Second Schedule, under the heading “PUNJAB”, against serial number 30C, against item (i) in
column (2) relating to “Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery”, for the entries in column (4), the
following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

completed the course including the compulsory
internship training during this period from the
following colleges, namely:-
(i) Lord Mahavira Homoeopathic Medical
College, Kitchlu Nagar, Hahnemann

(ii) Shri Guru Nanak Dev Homoeopathic
Medical College, Canal Road, Barewal,
Near Ayali Kalan, Near PAU, Ludhiana;
and
