New Delhi, the 7th December, 2020
S.O. 4471 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of the
Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the
Central Council of Homoeopathy, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule
to the said Act, namely:—[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
In the Second Schedule, under the heading “MAHARASHTRA”, against serial number 12 H,
relating to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, after the entries in columns (2), (3) and (4),
the following entries shall be inserted, namely:—
