New Delhi, the 26th July, 2018
S.O. 3665(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Homoeopathy Central
Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Homoeopathy, hereby
makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely:—
In the said Second Schedule, under the heading “PUNJAB”, against serial number 30C, against the entry (i) under
column (2) relating to Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery, in the entry under column (4), for the figures
“2016”, the figures “2018” shall be substituted.
