NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th December, 2020.
S.O. 4470 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Homoeopathy
Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of
Homoeopathy, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely:—
In the said Second Schedule, under the heading “HIMACHAL PRADESH”, against serial number 35 relating
to Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, in column 4, for the figures “2019”, the figures “2020” shall be substituted.
